I just wanted to thank you for another great job. We love the new furniture - What an improvment! As always - everyone we have delt with at National Office (from Denny quoting to delivery guys) was wonderful to work with. We will call when we are ready for our next project.
I wanted to take a moment to let you all know we are very happy with the new desk in our Quality office. It matches perfectly with the existing furniture & it helps pull the entire room together for a much more productive space.
We are beyond happy with the entire process! The installation team did a wonderful job, and was very nice! We also want to give a special shout to Terry for being a big support with the project.
Our office furniture was installed on Friday and WE LOVE IT!! Thank you so very much. I know it was a long process to get it exactly how we wanted it and I'm sure we were a pain, but it was well worth all the back and forth because it's perfect and we couldn't be happier.

In December of 2019. I purchased a new building in Hudson to use as my primary business headquarters. Soon after that purchase, Covid happened and all of my people moved home to work and have been there since March 13, 2020. I found myself in an interesting place. I had this new building that had lots of cubicles, a million chairs and was in reasonably decent shape, but it didn't seem like we would be able to use the space for sometime. I had a desire to make it better but I didn't really know where to start.
I reached out and got a return call from Jeff Gaydos. Jeff visited our offices and gave me some candid advice on how to proceed. I ended up hiring National Office to tear down and rebuild the existing office cubicles in a different configuration.
After tearing down the existing cubicles and setting them aside, your staff designed a new space using the existing material. Clayton led the effort and in the middle of all of the chaos, he was the guiding light. He made everyone calm and effective and I cannot thank you and he enough.
In the end, because of your team and its integrity, I was confident to purchase quite a bit of new furniture to complement the existing. This is because what they did with the old stuff turned out so good that I was willing to reinvest. Needless to say, I expect to be a customer for life.

Everything that is manufactured has a potential for failure and every product, regardless of cost, has a certain inherent failure rate. Unless there is an unusually high rate of failure for a given product I never judge a company by a product failure but rather by their response to that failure. Our facility is over 60 years old and in the last 20 years I have revamped much of it and have relied on National Office to do the planning and installation of the new furniture. I have found your company to be very responsive to our needs and quick to remedy anything that goes wrong.

I couldn't have thanked the guys enough for such a great job and how much fun we had completing it. Thank you for such great service whether it is one piece or hundreds!!! The crew that was sent over was really good to work with. They had a system that worked out great. My boss had good feedback from upper management (this was a huge plus).
The installer and his team helped us the last two days moving. They did a great job, putting together all of the pieces of our furniture. They were quick, helpful and very professional. The account manager did a good job also, planning out the space.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know what a great job the Install Manager, and all of the gentleman on the team have done so far! They are kind, helpful, courteous and hard-working! Many team members have commented on how quickly they have broken down the workstations and reassembled them in the new office, making the transition from the old space to the new much more seamless! They are accommodating with people working in the space as well as very helpful to modify anything needed. I really appreciate all of their hard work and effort, it truly has made this transition go so much more smoothly!

The office furniture/cubicle installation, 3rd floor Phase 2 project was completed today and the space looks outstanding. This is clearly an example of great teamwork on everybody's part and a special thanks to your team ! !

Simply like to drop a quick note to let you know that the Install Manager and his crew just wrapped up our project. You should know that the Install Manager is a great representation of your organization; from his work product, congeniality and communication to his follow thru with the things he says he will do. The guy clearly likes his role and from my perspective is pretty exceptional. He even apologized for not being able to clean up the mess that the electricians made which tells me if I offer our vacuum he would have done it. Also, not sure if the team of movers and installers are his direct reports, but they all clearly work well for him and seem to respect him.
In my experience, he is a good guy and a valuable employee.
Our furniture was delievered and set up, and it looks awesome! The bosses are not in today, but I am sure they will like it.
The delivery guys were awesome as well. They were pleasant, efficient and most importantly patient since I change my mind a lot :-) and they even vacuumed!

I wanted to send your company a note to thank the whole team for the work you did on my office partitions. The work of each and every department, from Sales through Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Installation and (not the least) Job Coordination, was highly professional and responsive to my project's unique requirements. This was truly a team effort, and a job well done.
I want to take a moment to compliment your team on our recent build-out. Often when a job goes well we breathe a sigh of relief and move on to the next task without comment. However, if there are problems, the emails are nonstop. Anyway the following deserves mention and commendation: First the setup team did a fantastic job. Installer Lead is a top-notch manager. He's done several build-outs for us, and I always ask for him. He and his team went above and beyond the prescribed set up to make needed adjustments and even extra requests. They completed both phases ahead of time which was a huge help to my electrician and cable guys. Production Team was super helpful as well. In preparation for the build-out, Sales Staff were patient and precise in setting this up. We were re-configuring areas and trying to use existing parts as much as possible. It was a real puzzle, but those guys sorted it out, and every piece fit in the end. Also, Sales Rep. expedited this job by about 3 weeks and made a few change orders in the process. Hopefully I have communicated how pleased we are with recent projects. You should be proud of your team. Thank you so much.
I wanted to drop you a quick note and tell you how pleased we are with our new furniture. We have had it a couple of days and it is so functional! We have had quite a few groups through to see it and everyone loves it. The crew that did the install was super. The entire crew was professional, courteous and efficient. Those are things we should be able to say about every contractor that comes through here, but it is very rare, really. They arrived at 8:00, when they said they would, installed the furniture cleaned up after themselves and were out of here by about 1:30! Thanks!
I wanted to let National Office know how great Install Lead and his crew were. They were all very professional and worked from the minute they arrived until everything was completed. They cleaned all the surfaces and moved the leftover pieces into a hallway so my shop guys could easily get them without having to come into our office. It was a great experience, that is why we continue to work with National Office.
