The Design Process
Designers comments regarding working with Binary Defense and identifying their needs within their new space.

Kara Treen - Design Consultant that worked with Binary Defense regarding this new location project said "Working on this project was a lot of fun. Not only did Mike and Dave (seen above) provide great direction, they allowed me to have creative control and really show them what would work within their space.  Their office layout was particularly challenging- separating each department, incorporating power & data technologies, and providing for the proper storage needs."floor plan for binary defense

The Experience

"Our CEO, Mike Valentine (shown left above), has worked with National Office for years on different building projects and has always had a good experience working with the National Office team."

Dave Desimone (shown right above) - Chief Security Officer speaks with National Office Services

How long has your company been in business?
Since 2014
How many employees do you have?
What's the overall size of the space you have now?
10k square foot
What drove your business to make this expansion/move?
Continued expansion and growth of business and clients, which resulted in hiring more employees caused us to find a larger building to meet our needs.

What was your favorite part of the working together process?
Working with Kara Treen on designing the layout of the office as well as seeing our thoughts and ideas come to life during the installation.  The design team walked us through the selection process, which made it easier to determine what exactly we wanted in our office to maximize space and usability.  After the design was completed, the National Office installers, led by Clayton, were great to work with.  They worked quickly to get everything set up and made sure that all products delivered were not damaged.  Any problems or questions that I had during installation were quickly answered as well as remedied.

What has been the favorite parts/functions of your new workspace?
The cubicles that we picked out really worked well within our space well and allows for privacy but yet information sharing amongst employees.

Would you recommend National Office Services?
Yes, I would and have recommended National Office to other people that I know who are building out office spaces.  What I usually tell people who are considering National Office products is to research a design that you think may work in your office and be open and honest with the design team because they have many different solutions to meet the needs of their clients.
